Returns:
1) Can I return my purchase? 
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for both regular and sales priced items.
Orders made are non-cancellable, and non-refundable. If you have any questions, kindly ‘contact us’ and we will get back to you within 2 business days. 

2) How will I receive my refund?
An online store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) will be issued in your account.
This online store credit will have a one-year validity.

Delivery:
1) Who can I contact if I didn’t receive my item?
Before reaching out to us, please do a quick check if your item’s status is updated. If not, kindly ‘contact us’ and we will get back to you within 2 business days. 

2) Does my order comes with tracking? 
Yes, all orders come with tracking. Please allow up to 15 business days for the order to reach you.

Payment: 
1) What are the available modes of payment? 
We offer the following modes of payment – Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

2) What should I do if I’m not sure if my payment for the order is successful?
Check your Order History before proceeding to place another order.

Oder issues:
1) Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?
We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure it is processed and delivered promptly. 
This means we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation. If you have any questions, kindly ‘contact us’ and we will get back to you within 2 business days. 

2) What should I do if I receive a defective item?
We are extremely sorry for sending a defective item to you!
Kindly ‘contact us’ within 7 calendar days of receiving your order with the following information:

a) Your order number
b) The name/ product code of the defected item
c) Photograph of the defect
We will be in touch on the next steps to take and advise on the availability of replacement.

If a replacement is no longer available, online store credit will be provided instead.

3) What should I do if I receive a wrong item?
We are so sorry for the mix up!
Kindly ‘contact us’ within 7 calendar days of receiving your order with the following information:

a) Your order number
b) The name/ product code of item you have ordered
c) The name/ product code of item you have received
d) A photograph of the picking list
We will be in touch on the next steps to take and advise on the availability of replacement.

If a replacement is no longer available, online store credit will be provided instead.

4) What should I do if an item is missing in the delivery?
If you have not received any prior notice from us, kindly ‘contact us’ with the following information:

a) Your order number
b) The name/ product code of the missing item
c) A photograph of the picking list

5) How much do you charge for shipping?

Free Shipping with no minimum spend required.
