Exchange Policy

We regret that we do not accept exchanges to other color/designs/sizes currently. If your desired size or color is no longer available at the store, you may contact Customer Care team (contact_us@simpleseeks.org ) and it will be processed for online store credits* within 14 business days. Instead, we welcome you to repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued. We will provide you with a store credit for full priced items only where:
*Purchase of sale items and selected promotional discounts are final and cannot be refunded.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Faulty Items

Should you receive a faulty item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and send the photo to our Customer Care team (contact_us@simpleseeks.org) along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to inform the outcome.

Wrong or Missing Items

Upon receiving your order, please check the delivered items thoroughly. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email our Customer Care team (contact_us@simpleseeks.org ) within 2 days of delivery. Please include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.

Please provide the following information:

Photo or video of the item which clearly indicates the faulty item (if applicable),
Description of faulty/wrong/missing item (if applicable),
Proof of Purchase,
Order Number
and send to our Customer Care team (contact_us@simpleseeks.org).

How do I know whether the refund is approved?

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed and store credit will be issued to you within 14 business days.

Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds

Simple Seeks reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject refunds from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Simple Seeks reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Order Cancellations after Confirmation
We try our best to pack your order(s) as soon as we get them to ensure item(s) been processed and delivered promptly. This means we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation but we can try to make things right for you. Please contact our Customer Care team (contact_us@simpleseeks.org).

Shipping (Purchases)

We ship to United States only. Orders will be processed within approximately 2 – 3 business days.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing courier details and tracking number.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during peak periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that Simple Seeks cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
